Fantastic service at the home department on Saturday from the lovely friendly staff,Elenor was brilliant helping me pick candle holder smell , putting all together with the other items ,kate was very helpful and the lady on bedding, who recommended lux bedding & all good sevrice , thank you

It has been a few years since my visit to Next but I have to admit. This year's new collection is unbelievably beautiful. I absolutely loved it. Great store, great service. I love it! Definitely going there again and definitely looking forward to the new seasons collection.

Terrible long wait to collect online order, 1 person taking orders and then having to go to the back of the store to find the item, was waiting 20 minutes to get a package. Totally unacceptable whilst three staff stood chatting downstairs and one person was rushed off her feet attending to a line of 15 customers, despite making announcements requesting assistance no one came to help her for ten minutes . Many disgruntled customers. I won’t ever be buying from next online again after this.

Hello my name is Mr Charles Doyle. My wife and l was in the Next store in Speke on Thursday looking for a Mattress Cover for a new bed and the assistant that helped us was Paula. We have dealt with Paula before and we complimented her on the way she goes out of her way to help the customers and she is always a pleasure to deal with. Just wanted to send this message as she said she had worked for Next for 20 years and she is a credit to your Company.

The shop was clean tidy an well lit. It is a huge shop over 2 levels an lots of online products were available in various sizes. Its on a retail park so lots of free parking an disability access. Loving the Autumn range coming in.

Jumping Jacks provided the balloons and decorations for a VIP event here recently and the staff here are so accommodating and professional. I always shop here often and I would highly recommend!

This is a very well run store. It’s always kept clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Queues are never too long even in busy periods. I have seen the manager with both staff and customers and she is excellent.
