I love my nails but there is literally nothing “Happy” about this place.Not one smile, comment or slightest bit of warmth. The lady doing my nails was cold, depressing and miserable. When potential customers walked through the door not even a hello just waited for them to say what they wanted and signalled with her head to sit down.When I thanked her and said goodbye, again a slight grumble.Decent nails but cold awkward environment.Zero customer service or happiness :( Won’t be back

The guy who did my nails made me feel so comfortable and really took his time - I could tell he is a perfectionist. The price was great too will definitely be going here from now on when i’m in Northfield

Im so pleased with my nails done here. They have kind, helpful staff that do their best at producing nails that their clients will be happy with. I've been getting my sets done from a young man named Sam and he knows what hes doing, he doesnt overfile or rush and asks permission before trimming nails, and is a perfectionst and id much prefer to sit for longer to get a nicer result. I had an issue with my nails chipping on this occasion and they were kind enough to change the gel polish for free and i admire that kind of customer service.Will continue to go to them from now on so glad theyre so local to me. And great prices too.

i went a 9:00 am and it was so peaceful. The lady (mai) did my nails exactly how I wanted them and i walked out happy . However , it was a bit painful when she used the electric file . Overall brilliant

Walked in wasn’t greeted, moody lady pointed at the chair, no communication & shocking customer service. Same lady was really rude & point blank refused to do any of the nail designs i showed her incase I ‘moaned I didnt like them’ after.??The designs were soo basic I genuinely could have done them myself.. It seems they’re only capable of french or block color. She didn’t even try offering any alternatives or help me pick something they could do…She just refused to do them so I had to leave and go somewhere else.

Had a gel manicure here and was so impressed with my nails at the end. I’ve got fairly short nails after years of religiously biting them and I’ve never seen my natural nails look so pretty. Thankyou so much!

I had my nails done by a lovely lady. My nails looked so beautiful! I'm constantly getting compliments! All the staff are so helpful and will go out of there way to help you. Prices are affordable as well! Well worth a visit! You won't be disappointed!
