I called to make an emergency appointment for two 3.5 week old foster puppies, from start to finish Abbeymoor were simply brilliant!Each receptionist is kind and careful and only too happy to help you, the vets are knowledgeable and very helpful, I've been to some vets where you feel they are judging you but this isn't the case here, at a stressful time they reduce that stress, you know they care about the animal. My foster pups are so much better now.Unlike other vets they don't push you to have unnecessary treatments or the brands that they supply, they simply tell you they have them and then let you make you your own mind.Abbeymoor vets are middle of the road on price but you get more than what you pay for here. Ive used Abbeymoor for other pets and fosters we have had and received a first class service every time. I would reccomend them to anyone who wants the same vet for life!

Pathetic childish and uncaring staff. I had to have my dog put to sleep and the staff were heard saying unkind things and giggling whilst my dog was dying in my arms. Tried to amicably reach a solution but was fobbed off with template emails with no empathy. As other reviews have said all they care about is money, they have no interest in your pet whatsoever. DO. NOT RISK TAKING YOUR BELOVED FRIEND HERE. Trust me, you will absolutely regret using their services

I would 100% recommend this vets, after another vet not showing intertest and been unhelpful I walked into this vet in tears and they supported me and have my pet the support he needed, they was supportive and didn't have appointment but still made sure he was safe and seen Thankyou for helping me when I needed support :)

Love the staff here. They're always friendly and helpful. My dog is not a dog friendly dog and they're more than happy to put measures in place so we can arrive and leave with no unfortunate incidents occuring which is massively appreciated

The vets and all staff are great, but the charges are verging on daylight robbery, £51 for a 3 min check up after already paying £117 for first appointment, I really feel as if I have been ripped off and will think again before going back for a check up :(

Took my cat here for his castration and I have to say they were amazing and totally put me at ease, as I was so worried about my furry baby. Excellent vets

Great vets. My dog injured his leg on his morning walk on a Saturday, they managed to see him and get his leg sorted. Fantastic service, been with them for years.

As ever, a friendly welcome, by the receptionist, by name to both me and our dog. Then an excellently executed consultation, this time by a relatively new vet who seemed very nice and as equally competent as any of the other vets we've seen in the past. She treated our old dog, Ollie 16, very gently and thoroughly, checking back on notes from previous visits and suggesting new ways to look after him in his twilight years. We both feel very well looked after. Much more than just a business. Thank you.

Really good vets, I have been using them for probably 30yrs, they are always kind, caring and very professional. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Absolutely appalling service. My dog is not well and in lots of pain, I phoned and explained the whole situation and they said they could book me in for 2:30pm and I explained I would have to arrange transportation (they offered me earlier appointment on the other side of the city). Less than two hours before my dog’s appointment they phone and tell me there’s nothing they can do and they can’t fit her in. Earliest they can do is 3:15 and even then she’ll still have to “wait til the vet is done” or only other option is travel to other side of the city which I already explained wasn’t an option. They only have ONE vet which apparently can be called away at no notice?? So so unprofessional and they should NOT be running a veterinary service if they can’t even provide a vet. Absolutely shocking behaviour
