Absolutely brilliant from first email to collection of bike, shown a selection beyond model initially searched for, all staff a pleasure to work with and very patient, little hiccup on collection but resolved instantly with no fuss at all, would definitely buy from here again.

Made telephone contact, explaining I was interested in one of their bikes. Was asked to send details of my PX with photographs which I duly did. Since then, no contact whatsoever. If they weren’t interested, it’s only curtesy to respond accordingly. If this is how they treat people pre sale, I shudder to think what their post sales service is like.

Collected my RT today. Made the 200 mile round trip worth every inch. The bike is fantastic. This is how buying a bike should be, no hassle or fuss, bike was ready on time and the guys were really helpful.Thanks again, I will definitely recommend you to others.

I rarely do reviews, especially negative ones, but, a while ago i sent an email and Ebay message to this company re a bike with part exchange. Never got a reply.Last week i thought id give the company another go so enquired about a BMW R1200RT with a part exchange. Again, no reply. So i telephoned. Phone was answered and immediately they hung up. I eventually got through to a guy apparently in the workshop. He said he'd leave a message. No surprise then that they didnt call back.UPDATE TO REVIEW.spoke to the ownet today, apologetic, decent and helpful.Considering a deal, so will leave appropriate review at close of business.

You only really find out how good a dealership is when you encounter an unforeseen problem. Having purchased a motor cycle from JRS we had such an incident, however this was dealt with immediately and promptly to a high level of satisfaction. We can only hold JRS in the highest regards for its after sales service and would like to thank James for his interaction and will certainly be back should we require another purchase.

Absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. I had been looking to trade my explorer in for a z1000 and had previously been messed around by another dealer, I contacted jrs and arranged to come view the bike and was made to feel welcome and had a nice friendly chat no pressure or sales tactics. Got a price for my px and did the deal within an hour I was riding away the bike is faultless as described and I had a smile on my face the whole way home went through half a tank just enjoying my new pride and joy. Want to say thanks to everyone at jrs after my prev bad experience else where u restored my confidence.

Fantastic. Great guys with a great selection of bikes at very fair prices. Travelled from Aberdeen with my partner to view a Kawasaki GTR1400 and within an hour I was riding home on the bike. No hassle purchase and very happy with the bike. Would definitely recommend JRS and may very likely journey down again some day soon to make another purchase.. Cheers Guys!

Just brought my second bike from JRS, they’re a top team, quick communication and no fuss. Both bikes I’ve had have been as described, and good runners. The team are decent blokes, and provided a quick turn around from deposit to collection. Glad to have been a returning customer to JRS. It has been worth the 260 mile round trip.

The Blood Bike Charity I run have just bought two RT1200RT's from JRS and I can't fault the service. Very helpful sales people, delivered safely to the other end of the country. Bikes presented in good order, reasonably priced and with warranties. We are very happy with our purchases, and will be purchasing another bike from them in early 2024 finances permitting.
