After all their help the setting up of the equipment went like a dream and even my wife (who is a bit of a technophobe) was impressed. Their customer service is outstanding, and I was genuinely impressed not just by their knowledge of computers and computer peripherals but by the way they made it easy to understand and moreover by the time spent in helping me find a straightforward solution to my problem. Purchased a silver keyborad to replace an original on a Dell which had developed faults. The delivery was made within 24-hours, nice explanatory note on what to do if any help was required and more importantly the keyboard looks brilliant and functions great. I ordered a Dell docking station from this company over the telephone. They were helpful in explaining which models would fit my laptop and delivered the parts promptly. I would recommend.

Simon was exceptionally helpful giving advice as to most appropriate docking station and leads that I needed. Items are refurbished but apart from a couple of tiny marks, you wouldn't know. Guaranteed too! Will definitely use again and happily recommend.

Got a original replacement keyboard for my Dell Chromebook, delivered to Denmark within six days, at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

I ordered a 'refurbished keyboard professionally overlayed' from this company. It appears that professional overlays actually means little stickers that are placed on the keys. Within 6 weeks, the only keys that were visible were the Q,W,Z,X and J. The rest of the letters had disappeared. While the keyboard worked properly, it was impossible to read what letters you were using. This company advises they give a 3 month guarantee. They offered to send me new labels to stick on the keys, or send me a replacement keyboard, however, I must assume that their replacements will do the same thing that the first keyboard did - the letters will disappear. While they advised they would accept the return of the item, postage and packing would have to be at my expense. While their communication was prompt, it appears that their workmanship on 'refurbished' items leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend dealing with them for such items, and would not buy from them again.
