Shocking service, can never get through let alone get an appointment. The lines are constantly busy - the staff are rude. Don't have time to actually listen to the matter in concern and talk over you.The NHS is becoming a nightmare day by day.Something needs to change.

The website reads: How to make an appointment. Phone in to make one and the first thing I'm told before saying anything is we have no appointments". What does this mean? They have no appointments for the day? Ever? Then I just get abruptly cut off at the end of the call. The NHS really is bad."

It impossible to get an appointment your told to call at 08.00am and the phone is engaged or your told six people in the waiting then your call is ended then you call back you wait again for ages only to be told no appointments left. Some staff are very abrupt and unsympathetic. The doctors are brilliant and very and good with patients however the system for booking appointments need much improvement and customer service needs to improve for good care and quality for the patients.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The lady doctor diagnosed my daughter's condition at an early stage and referred her to hospital. I would say that saved her life. I have known the doctor for the last 4 years. She works hard for the patients.

Best GP surgery in Fordhouses.I am registered with this surgery for the last 10 years. My family has always received excellent service.I can't praise the doctor enough. She is so dedicated and always has time for patients. Over the last 2-3 years I have noticed the surgery is very busy. May be the good name is spreading and more patient need the good family physician like this surgery.Getting appointments is not difficult.I read a few negative reviews hence I am writing this review. Sometimes patients don't get an appointment due to increased demand and it adds to their frustration. Also I believe the allegations about money, rude staff are not true.I am a member of a local patient group and we have never come across any complaints about the doctor or the staff.Best wishes.

Worst practice in the area that DR K fenale one. area. Refused crucial medication and when u fight back they give u 28 days notice to leave. Cabt understand drs so called engliah.What a serious joke this practice is DO NOT JOIN if u value care and your health. This so called sw4vice is a diagrace to tge health stystem. Robbing nhs budget and very very neglectful. Rather send lolice tgan deal with the issue. U have 1 less still almost living seriously neglected patient now deal with that.I am 9 stone skin and bones full body muscle wastage (atrophy) all due to a neglectful g.p tgey rather u dies tyan acted. All tgua over a medication request what a joke. You wonder why people are killing themsels, its bucase of you neglectful doctors that my oifes over. Thank you, you cold practice manager for the verbal u gave me.sent my mental health through the roof!!! Escaleted me and now completely neglected me!!! Good practice eh!! Doctors I have no issue how ever one receptionist is extremely rude not sure on the name but it’s the young girl, not helpful at all and rude both in person and on the phone. Doesn’t want to do anything to help, I dread every time she answers the phone to deal with me

DO NOT JOIN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!Worst g.p ever that kharwadikar Woman.Only cares about money, withdraws crucial meds off you. Leaves you fighting, english is outright awful. No manners. Worst practice in the area, DO NOT JOIN!!!!!I going again to the GMC and the CQC about them, after todays rubbish!!!!!

Its really difficult to book an appointment here. When you call at 8am there is either a long queue so you have to call back later, and by that time the receptionist will say that we should’ve called at 8am so call back the next day. The receptionists can be very rude and rush you when you try and speak also making booking an appointment a nightmare. The doctors are lovely though.

Disgusting service will terrorise you to go in for injections because of course when they get extra money for the more patients they stick needles into it benefits them. But no way can you get an appointment. Was told the doctor would call me on a saturday morning. The surgery isn't even open. Just like the rest of the world money hungry carless selfish people
