Put a nail through a radiator pipe and had the ceiling filling up with water. I called Warmsafe in a panick and they arrived in half an hour and fixed the problem straight away. Very professional Thanks for all your help. I won't be using nails again! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent and professional service. I needed a gas safe plumber to change my induction hob into a gas one and for that installation needed some pipe work as well. Had a boiler fan error e05 on my new biasi system. Unfortunately I didn't have Warranty paper work so had to find someone to repair during new year's time. After speaking on phone best action was to try a fan, I purchased and supplied my own and he fitted it the following day. All working as good as new which is amazing. Very pleased with service and his manner. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Guy came to service boiler .. identified valves needed replacing . Said not to worry as the service he has done wouldn’t cause any problems .. asked for a quote on the valves..he never came back with a price. His Gas cert is a standard internet form. New company been out, says the expansion unit has leak and this should have been identified at my original service . Do not bother with this company

My boiler broke and I had no hot water or heating. Kamran fitted me in a new boiler at an affordable price, carried out the work well to a good standard and very efficiently.Thank you for doing it at such short notice and doing a great job!Highly recommend.

I have decided to write a review on this company as a last resort giving many opportunities to resolve the issue(s). An installation of a boiler was made and completed but the boiler was put in the incorrect place, as a result i had to replan my kitchen due to his mistake. Additionally for the boiler warranty to be activated a certificate is required to be submitted. Unfortunately, till this date I am yet to receive it. He didn't activate the warranty or issue the gas safety certificate. So i had to pay twice. Payment in full was made on 9 September 2022 and ever since the individual has postponed the task continuously and eventually leading to ignoring my messages. After seeing the good reviewes the company has on google its shocking to see that the lack of professionalism recieved by this specific individual which I am purposely not naming. Hopefully this review will help others stay away from this company and they can avoid the headache.

Great response from Kamran at Warmsafe - called him at 9am this morning to a boiler failure and he was out by 11am. It turns out that the gas engineers I've paid for 3 consecutive years to service my boiler have not been doing it!!! Kamran cleaned out the part causing the issue and boiler back up and running. Great service and price....would highly recommend. Thank you
