Was a wonderful experience! Klaudia is a very nice vet. I was anxious about the visit as my cat is 17 years old and still fussy as she is a Burmese cat. Overall my cat is a nice one but when she doesn't like someone, she can be a bit aggressive. Thanks again for your assistance. I will definitely contact you again. I will definitely recommend her.

I recently moved my dog to this vets for a dental procedure as they were nearly half the price of my old vets and had great reviews. The staff were all really friendly and I couldn’t be happier with the procedure they carried out. Would definitely recommend to other pet owners

The reception staff were all lovely and friendly however the vet I saw seemed to care more about what he could sell me than my petsGave me no information as to why my kittens might be in pain, just confirmed what I already knew and tried to push painkillers.Edit to be more speciffic on what happened. Kittens have a problem with their back legs/hips they seem to be recovering slowly and there's no visible indicator of damage. Went in, vet has a brief check over them, spends more time typing on pc than looking after my pets then leaves me with, not sure why but there's something wrong with their back legs, (which was why i brought them in)give them some drugs. I had to prompt the vet for any care advice. Like should I make sure it's warmer in the room, should I keep them resting in a cage so they don't move much, should I support them to move bit by bit (like with physio). I get it's hard to tell what's wrong, or at least it's not obvious, so I wasn't expecting an exact it's this or that. But idk what's wrong, drug them up doesn't seem like a very caring attitude. For some constructive feedback, it would have been a much better experience (even though I'd be in the same position) in this format, as he's checking them go through, checking and letting the owner know doesnt seem to be this or that etc, there's nothing to show what might have happened to them, so we would have to do further tests to find out an exact cause. You did mention that they seem to be improving and getting more mobile so keep an eye on them (insert care instructions), we can provide painkillers to help make them more comfortable but (insert risks and side effects of strong medication)And after (amount of time advised from experience) if still struggling/not improving/getting worse we can arrange further testing such as....As i said I wasn't expecting an it's definitely this, was hoping for a maybe this or that. But the bedside manner experienced was appalling. At this point Google and a.i. search has been more helpful and far more economic. Also as I was waiting to leave I overheard another vet giving those kinds of advice to another customer. So sure, it's not the entire practice. But chat gpt sounded more compassionate and caring than the guy I saw and that's a computer program.

Hi, i used this vet with my sister over a year ago when her kitten had a sore on his neck. Whilst the receptionist was lovley, i was not inpressed with the vet whi dealt with us. She left us waiting with an anxious kitten for 25 minutes, was quite abrupt and didnt really explain the prices/treatment well. I was shocked when it came to paying the bill was not explained how much it would cost at all which i think is wrong. Customer service for vets needs work, which is why we didnt come back. We now take the cat to Vets4Pets who are lovley explain everything and even agree costs before administering injections...
