Dont recommend! RUDE old lady can't even be arsed to resize a ring. She only stopped being moody after my partner said he would go somewhere else.Giving unlogical reasons as to why it would take 2 weeks to resize my engagement ring. My partner felt like she was trying to put him off from getting there which the old lady definitely did. She was full of excuses. Pathetic family run business so anyways went to John mckay and was welcomed and told it would be 1 week for the ring

My Dad’s watch (bought in 1956) fixed - he is delighted. We thought it couldn’t be fixed. Also repaired my grandmother’s engagement ring - possibly about 90 years old - no diamonds but spinels. I’m so pleased with the standard of work, it looks fantastic. Amazing work, thank you so much.

Took a few items for repair and 2 watches for new batteries recently. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. The shop is very well maintained and display is beautiful. I have bought quite a few presents here in the past. Would highly recommend this friendly family jewellers.

This is a great jewellery shop where I get great service. Recently got watch batteries and replacement watch strap..and alarm clock...can rely on McLauchlan's for most things.

My Mum dealt with Mr McLauchlan for years, I have bought from there for a long time. Mrs McLaughlin was a wee lady and Craig is so helpful, trustworthy and the staff helpful and friendly. Definitely the best in Paisley.

Took my engagement ring here to be resized and I couldn’t be happier. Its and Opal ring and needed to be reduced by 4 sizes, so not an easy job. My ring fits beautifully, and I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price the was. Thank you so much.
