Hired for a christening and was told attendance would be based on the weather but payment was taken. The way this was dealt with was highly unprofessional. He answered the phone and just said “yeah”, he didn’t know what castle was asked for, when sent a photo he just said “I’ll get back to you”, no time arrangements and no communications after that. Didn’t notify anyone that he wasn’t showing up on the day and it’s only 4 days after the christening has provided a refund. Service felt unfriendly and unprofessional. We understand you can’t put a castle up in bad weather but there should have been more communication and dealt with more professionally.

Very pleased with service was just what I wanted and it was on time to setup and to pick it up there is a access problem to my garden but they found a way around it good job guys

We was at a party today and had a Clarkes castle, it smelt horrible and clearly not looked after so i took my kids home and missed the party I would not ever use this, I am dumbfounded and disgusted at the state of the bouncy castle.

Unreal service and very friendly! My son was very happy couldn’t recommend this guy enough!.
