We had shutters fitted by Jay from Stilton Shutters and we are really pleased with the quality of the shutters and how they were fitted. No mess was left behind, Jay was very tidy whilst carrying out the fitting. They also provided us with temporary blinds for our bedroom until the shutters had arrived. Sam, Jay and the other members of staff from Stilton Shutters were all very nice to deal with. Would recommend them and use them again if needed any more window fittings.

We love our new blinds! Exactly what we wanted (individual blinds for each window... push up and pull down without external strings to pull).... great colour too. Fitting was swift, done in a morning on a range of windows. We had a slight niggle on caps on one window but these were rectified swiftly and without argument. We had Frazer come out on initial survey and come to do the fitting, he was very friendly, efficient and a credit to the team. Arrived promptly, did a fab job and was as unobtrusive as possible, we hardly knew he was there!Communication is a little disjointed.. sometimes it's email.. other times it's texts or call.. and from different people (sometimes Holly.. other times Sam).. and communications are not standard office hours.. I get the sense that this is a real family business.. and run alongside a busy family! Either way.. I would recommend and use again!Although not officially part of Blue Light Card scheme.. when asked they gave us a 5% discount.

Great customer service and quality shutters provided for our living room and hallway. Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in measuring and fitting the shutters. Sam and Holly were quick to respond to any questions or queries and gave clear timescales/updates. Would highly recommend and I would use again in the future.

Fantastic service, from planning all the way through to installation we were supported at every stage with everything we needed and all questions answered. Holly, Sam and Japh have been amazing! From the initial measure up and samples to the ordering process (and then storing for us while our house purchase completed) through to the fitting. I cannot fault their professionalism and the shutters and blinds all really complete the look of the house (and add value).We got a couple of quotes and we went with not the cheapest but the most responsive, approachable and easy to deal with company. We have already recommended to our friends and would use again. Five stars!
