A few tips:Listen to your client.Don't forget what they asked for, and, the client knows their hair better than you.When you make a mistake, it takes months and months for that hair to grow back.Women over 50 actually care what they look like, they are not irrelevant. It is not okay to give a poor haircut on that basis.Leaving a Salon should make one feel better, not worse.Shouting over to other members of staff having conversations, whilst you are cutting hair, subsequently cutting it poorly, is not acceptable.Finally, calling yourself a Senior Stylist, doesn't make you a good stylist.
