Crystal Cleaning

I've used Chrissy for several years to clean our Lodge at Shorefield.I've always found her to be responsive and available. She has always done a good job of cleaning our rental property.

Chrissy has been cleaning for my ageing aunt since June 2018 and she has been a good friend to her. She is reliable and kind, and has got my aunt's home back into a clean and orderly state - thank you Chrissy.

Myself and family own a lodge on Shorefield Country park which we decided we wanted to start renting out this summer. We had searched through the internet for a cleaning company and found Crissy from Crystal cleaning, we employed Crissy to be our cleaner and that’s when the disaster started. She charges £68 per clean excluding linen this is very expensive compared to other competitors who are much better and offer a better service. Please ask the Shorefield reception for recommendations. We have to leave Crissy very early on after 4 cleans as we found out she was only cleaning the caravan for 30 minutes (a neighbour confirmed this and Shorefield Country park) which is totally unacceptable, she claimed to me she had 3 cleaners during the duration of the clean, another lie I confronted her on which she didn’t have an answer to when I pulled her up on it. A massive tea stain was also left on the sofa by a guest which was never reported back to me.
