Doesn’t even deserve one star. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Took my iPad as the charging port had blown out (£50 on average to repair). I simply asked them to have a look and quote me a price. No communication for days and I needed to chase them numerous time before receiving a call from the technician to say repair would cost £95. I explained I can get another refurbished iPad for less than £200 so would leave it. Explained I would come and collect it the following today. Came to collect and greeted with a bill of £15 for “diagnosing the issue.” No mention of this charge at any time!! Absolute crooks! Do not trust this place has 3 stars for a reason.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE THEIR PHONE REPAIR SERVICE. I took my phone in to have the screen repaired and it took twice as long as they told me it would, there was no communication from their staff at all. Then when I finally came to pick up my phone after coming back several times on the day, the new screen they had fitted was broken. Overpriced and terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Screen replacement for a Samsung S20, told them all the details, phone type, colour etc....emphasis on the fact the phone is BLUE .Told by the shop it will be done same day. Charged £140 for original Samsung screen. Collected the telephone after 3 hours to find they had put a rose gold screen on!!! They then told me you can't get a blue screen but failed to tell me that on the telephone. Would not hand the telephone over until I had paid. Absolute rip off, avoid at all cost. No help, no apology nothing. They wouldn't even reduce the price. Also threw away the case that the phone had in.

Mobile got booked in to download data only. When I collected the mobile, there was a charge of 60 quid for repairs. Bad business practise. Would not recommend.Still 9 months later and the phone is still with them. I issued a summons to appear in court, but they just did not pitch. I wish there was a minus category for the rating.

You're taking a real risk bringing your devices here for repair. Here's my experience when I came in for a simple phone screen replacement:- Replacement glass was installed improperly, affecting the operation of the phone's button.- After two weeks, the bottom of the screen stopped responding entirely.- I returned to the shop and explained what happened. They told me they'd fix it and to come back before 6, but were closed when I arrived at 5:30 (no hours are posted on the door).- The next day, they handed me the phone and asked for £70.- When I explained I was asking them to correct their earlier error, they stood firm. When I finally got on the phone to the manager he said that they didn't guarantee their work past one week and sought to placate me with a badly installed screen cover (it didn't adhere to the full screen) and a cheap phone case, which isn't the proper model and covers my camera lens.- They also appear to have broken the earpiece audio on my phone, so now I'm taking all my calls on speaker.In sum, all I got was inept technical service, excuses, and dodgy business practices. A tonne of places within 200 meters of this place offer the same service. Try one of them instead.

Good prices but I accidentally bought the wrong flavour and couldn’t return it cause the worker already unboxed it just ask to keep it boxed or be certain of what flavour/brand you want

Bring phone to fix they returned took my money and they don't Ewen done anything I canot test in shop because battery was low get home power one and problem the same as was before

Unbelievably rude, arrogant and unhelpful man working in there. Went in looking for something to boost my Wifi range and instead got a lecture on how foolish I was to go with Now TV/Sky and how smart and intelligent this guy is, ridiculing me for not choosing Virgin Media (who don't even operate in the area) or TalkTalk. Also got a long speech on how this guy is a trader insider so he got great Wifi in his home for a discount and how he did all the wiring for a local nightclub. Who cares??He refused to sell me anything until I checked with Sky the specificities of my router. I went away, checked with Sky and came back asking for an extender from TP Link that I was told would work with my router. He then ridiculed me again for believing them but did say he sold TP Link starting from £95 but he keeps them in the back. When I said that Argos and Amazon sell them for £15-20 he changed his mind and said he sells them for £35. He then claimed they wouldn't work because of the wiring of my building and that I should phone the landlord? Anyway, he then decided to ignore me so I left and bought one from Amazon that arrived the next day. Gues what? It works perfectly.Personally I think what he's selling must be price-inflated garbage and when he realised I wasn't an idiot he decided not to risk selling to me.Please save yourselves the time and avoid this overpriced fraud of a man.

Absolutely discuisting customer service. Opened my friends vape for her before she paid so she couldn’t change her mind. Would not recommend they are a complete joke.

Avoid at all costs if you are looking for MacBook repairs. I took my Macbook which had stopped charging into Mac Point and was intially met with a friendly service and was told they would have a look at the laptop and ring me once they had identified the problem. After multiple days and no phone call I contacted the shop to be told there was an issue with a power surge however, he couldn't identify why this was happening. Another few days passed and again no phone call after saying he would contact me the following day. I rang back to be told he had identified the problem and would then need to source a part and contact me when he had found this. After a week and a half and having to call back again myself he explained he'd found a part and it would be here and fitted within 2 days and would ring me when it was done. Again no phone call so called back and was told the part had been damaged in the post but he had sourced a part in Leeds which he'd be picking up. Another 2 days later and no phone call, I rang back to be told the part had been sold when he got there and he couldn't tell me where or when he'd be able to get the part he needed depsite me letting him know that I would need the laptop for the weekend at the beginning of the week and he agreed to. I then decided to collect my laptop as there was no prospect of my Macbook ever being repaired and found Kash to be very rude - explaining noone else will be able to fix it if he could'nt (I have since had it fixed in a day and a half at MJS). Altogether found this a VERY stressful process due to poor and rude communication, not knowing when my macbook might be returned and/or whether it was fixable as it holds all my university work and pictures. Save yourself time and stress and take it to MJS computers.
