Stopped here during a long drive. Nice cafe, do not be put off as it's inside a gym. Good menu, reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Lot's of nice seats. Has a nice warm welcoming feel. Would definitely go here again.

Great modern cafe inside the gym. Comfortable seating with friendly staff and attentive service. Good menu choice and reasonable prices. Food was hot with generous portions.

The word cafe in the name doesn't do justice to the food. Boutique restaurant quality in a relaxed atmosphere with ever friendly staff. The meal prep's are fantastic for those in a hurry, but still want high quality meals
