Atrocious service, completely ignored issue concerning order. They may be local, but I wouldn't recommend, and would suggest looking elsewhere.

5+ stars- highly recommend these guys, My Washing machine broke, I popped into the shop to see what my options were, John was incredibly helpful, we tried a few things first that didn't work, so I ordered a new one and within 24 hours my new washing machine was delivered and installed to a high standard.... There customer service is second to none... So happy! shopping local is defiantly the way forward - Thank you!

Great service and pricing, would thoroughly recommend!!!!I purchased a dishwasher from Johnsons Domestic Appliances last week which was delivered today. Both John and Keith were very helpful with their advice and service. The machine I wanted wasn't in stock at the time but they kept in touch with me about delivery and were very accommodating when booking the delivery to my property. The appliance was delivered into the house by the friendly delivery crew.

What a delight to do business with. When I needed a new cooker, the guy could not have been more helpful. He guided me through the pros and cons of different makes and models. My delivery was made next morning, and I was very happy with their prices. Always nice to support local independent traders too! Can highly recommend!

What a helpful pair of chaps, VERY knowledgeable on their products AND they don't try to sell you the most expensive item in the shop. I found their product at another shop cheaper and they matched the price no problem at all. So nice to get away from the big stores who ignore you. We will be shopping there again and it's SO handy to have a Euronics dealer so close AND they deliver. Many thanks chaps A+++++++

The staff could not have been more helpful to find a product not in stock but that they could order, that fitted the bill perfectly.

I complained to the shop that I could not see the flame on the gas jets of my new cooker.This shop did not want to know about my complaint at all.However they eventually sent a man round whose first words to me was be quick as I haven't got time to waste"!! This was when I was trying to explain something to him.Do not go to this shop."

Sent wrong size fridge to what we ordered. After phoning allday bring our old fridge back, take away new fridge but no refunded older man very rude said he was doing us a favour and we had made the mistake ordering wrong size, l asked him to leave my house which he did not do immediately. Have been in touch with police since, you have the right to remove people from your house using physical force if neccessary. The younger man was very pleasant seems a shame the older man customer skills don't match. Also delivery men should not be coming into houses at this time. We have bought from Johnsons before and received excellent service but it seems they can't deal with complains or omit when they made a mistake in a order. I will tried to get a refund tomorrow morning as Johnson now have our money and new fridge. Latest update full refund given today, will now order a new fridge from the appliance centre in london road.
