Crackin good service. Very helpful advice on selection of glass and fitting. This is a great place if you are not a regular glazier and need help with a project.

I am over the moon with my new front door! I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to these things, so it was great to be given such top advice. I now have a beautiful yellow composite front door and I couldn't be happier - looks like a new house!

I had to replace the glass on a door to fit a dog flap and I was very pleased with the customer service, they are very knowledgeable and gave me the best advice compared any other company I went to.The price was also very good and the job was done quicker than I expected.I would highly recommend this company.

Crackin' Glass fitted several new secondary-glazed & double-glazed windows to my property - all of an exceptionally high standard. Not only this, the customer service from start to finish was the perfect mix of professional, accommodating and friendly, making the whole process stress-free and very positive. The guys who came to fit the windows were cheerful and an actual joy to have in the house! They also offered me a good discount, making the whole job a very fair price. A year later I went back to ask them to cut a piece of glass for my fridge - they did this happily...and barely without charge!

This Glazing company are fantastic. Polite , courteous , and respectful to property. The installation was professional and faultless. Nothing was any trouble. I highly recommend Crackin Glass for any of your glazing needs. So refreshing to have a company who go above and beyond for the customer.

My husband just picked up our order from cracking glass , I have to say I love it ,so pleased with it,was a large order to .Done to a high standard and finish and staff was helpful and friendly . Only had to wait a week .Had tops done for my Laura Ashley Garret furniture incase or scratching and must say it finishes it off nicely.Thankyou so much will be ordering more in the near future. Thi I thought I was put up for the first order …Just picked up two more Pieces of glass for the rest of our house and is now complete Service was excellent , Glass looks really nice from my dressing room table really pleased with it thank you both so much look forward to doing future work with you many thanks Tina Planson

Deserves more than five stars. Local, helpful, prompt, polite, willing to go the extra mile ... there are so many good things to say about this company that I run out space to write in before I run short of praise. My new door (and its locking system) and the replacement windows are fairly priced and carefully made and well-fitted. The fitment date was chosen by me and when I wished to have an unconventional window for my bathroom, Graeme and his staff obliged with no fuss. Absolutely chuffed! I cannot thank them enough.

It's just that they never answer the phone or return messages. So they don't even tell you when glass is in stock. Had issues with them for several months they just plead covid and less staff being in BUT that literally NEVER answer the phone or return messages so it must be an excuse. Even had to use other companies for customers' work because of this issue - unless you actually drive to the shop each time you need something including an update, you won't get anywhere with this company.
