Ok for one night stay. Clean but run down. Too many rules.

Rooms are affordable but be aware that you can hear everything from the rooms next to you and you have to share Toiletts and showers wich can cause problems in the mornings and evenings

Higher rating than I would give normally, but for the price and friendliness received here I'm not hesitant to give 4 stars. Brilliant price and not far from the Turnham Green tube station, about 20mins from Acton town center too.Facilities are decent, we were quite lucky and didn't have many neighbors but despite a polite notice not to shower between certain times we were awoken by someone who decided today was the day but, that's going to happen I guess.Breakfast is disappointing, but it's nice to have that available and save a trip to a shop or bakery in the morning.

If you are only looking for cheap rooms to stay in an accessible part of London, it's fine. Decent hygiene too. We also appreciated the fully stocked up free self service breakfast of bread, spreads, all beverages, all kids of cereals, biscuits, crumpets etc ..But walls are too thin and absolutely everything can be heard. So it gets noisy.Imagine a fully boarded hostel setting.Mornings can be exceptionally busy with respect to bathrooms and toilets as there are 2 outside the rooms which are shared. It can be tricky if you have a kid who is in a rush to use the toilet at 8:30am!

Sorry but this is borderline false advertising here. We travel internationally every year and every so often we come across places like this that advertise clean, spacious accommodation in quaint surroundings but the truth is rather quite different.While the owner did very graciously help us out with our parking problem it doesn't make up for a poor experience here—so poor that we left a day early in search of alternate accommodation. The room was TINY, with two beds taking up most of the available space (nowhere to put suitcases), the bathroom was old and in need of upkeep, and the place in general seemed over-used and under-maintained. We never met the owner or her staff but rather were directed by a seemingly endless parade of Dos and Donts notices stuck to just about everything in sight.Worst of all, there were two families, both with young kids, crammed into two of the other rooms, plus another older couple. It was so noisy and cramped (and hot). We were all stuffed into this dilapidated apartment floor like sardines. Poor judgement on the part of the owner to book like this.Not an experience we plan to repeat.

Oh how I loved this place. Staying in a neighborhood in London. Living like a local. So amazing. Easy access to the underground! Hope one day to come back and explore more of London with this as my home base

Adequate accommodation if you're staying in London for a short time.

Brilliant, would highly recommend, place can be a little difficult to find going off google maps but for a family rooms for the price we paid its very good

Clean towels supplied comply clean utilities kitchen is clean both bathrooms are clean nice people shop right below. Very close to the underground. Would definitely go agein
