Just driven over all the way from Peterborough. Man was rude on phone to me. Saying I'm not going to argue with you. I just wanted to know why they have open on website yet been closed for a week. I would not recommend this place. There are better ones I will get shed from. Poor customer service

I used the Shed Shop as I thought it was a local company, its not. I paid over the odds as I believed I was supporting a local company. I was assured the materials were top quality it defiantly was not the holes where knots had fallen out were filled with resin it started to warp within a week. After installation I visited the agent in Whittlesey to point out the roof had been patched as they did not have enough felt to complete the job, broken boards needed to be replaced and was told its fine just come back when it starts leaking. I did not agree with this and he agreed to send someone to fix the faults. This was several months ago and I have still had no contact from the supplier. Very poor and don't expect any warranty work to be completed.
