Route 66 Hair Specialists
Took my daughter for her first haircut today, so I was a bit nervous in case she didn't cooperate, but Bozey and her staff were great. They all made a fuss of my daughter and made sure that she enjoyed herself and came away with a lovely haircut. The price was excellent, and I'd recommend Route 66 with no hesitation :)

During my visit at this hair salon I experienced terrible customer service, both hair stylists were extremely rude throughout my treatment and made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable (they made a point of asking every person in the hair salon if they would like a cup of tea or a drink and completely ignored the fact that I was sat there twice). They were also talking very disrespectfully about other members of staff infront of customers which I believe to be extremely unprofessional. My overall experience with the staff was appalling and I don’t advise anyone to use this salon.

I used this hair salon for years however, on several occasions they did not cut my hair quite as I liked. I was told the owner was great with hair however she messed my hair up to the point I started with hair half way down my back and ended up having to have a bob. She cut it so wonky on one side compared to the other I had to keep getting it cut as i looked awful. I went back to sort it out and they cut even more off and it was still wonky. I had to go to a different hair dressers in town and have my hair cut very short. Would not recommend this hair dressers unless your looking to have your hair ruined

I have had my makeup done here twice by Lowri, and she is amazing!! Such talent for a young age. I have now moved house so I am unlikely to go here for a while, but the next time I need my make up done, she will be the first person I think of for sure!

Great service, great results, friendly staff and Chloe makes a fab hot chocolate. More like a social occasion. The girls are so patient with me, as I haven't got a clue. I always come out with a fab colour, cut and style. Highly recommend.

really welcoming staff lovely chat going on amongst staff and customers ..Chloe took the time to talk with me and go through every step of what i was having done... my hair at the end looks and feels fantastic I had a colour with streaks and a cut fabulous would recommend and will go again .
