I'm a regular at Wingstop branches in the West end and Bluewater, was excited to know that a branch had opened in Bromley. This branch however is a terrible example for the chain. Went in on the 09/09/22 at 1800. I ordered a mix of food, staff at the till were nice. Now the negatives:1. Tables were sticky2. there were loads of staff on site and they seemed to be all on top of each other. You can see and hear the kitchen staff as they prepare the food. One of the male staff members who was preparing the food could be clearly seen and heard using profanity towards a female colleague, he was slamming food on the counter and shouting nasty language.3. The food:Chicken wings or pigeon wings! Terrible quality wings.4. The chicken burger was literally two chicken tenders in between a cold bun, the burger was 2/10.5. Churros were basic, not worth it.6. Cheesy chips were warm going cold when served.Terrible visit, half the staff seemed clueless, cleanliness was terrible. Won't be returning here.

UPDATE: Completed the feedback request as replied to this review by Wingstop and never heard anything back, so the managers don't seem to want to improve.Had high hopes for this place as I love Buffalo Wild Wings in USA who serve garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings, but this place doesn't come close. Firstly we entered the place and it smelt strongly like old oil, which was worse than a cheap chicken shop.Then our wings came sat in a massive bath of oil which was a serious turn off. The dry rub flavours were very mild, and the ranch dip was too salty, so I will not be returning.

I paid over £10 for 8 original wings and a bottle of water, that seems excessively high for what it is. The wings were OK but the blue cheese dressing has a weird taste and doesn't really taste like blue cheese. The staff are nice enough but you can tell that they probably hate working in this place and I don't blame them.

First time here and a couple of things worth noting. There’s rubbish dumped right outside the door, which is a little off-putting to customers. However, walking in, the store itself is clean and tidy. The menu options are relatively easy to navigate, but there’s so much choice of flavours I had to ask for help. Thankfully, the staff were on hand to advise on what flavour might be best suited to my palette.The meal itself was so good, no complaints. Although friends of one member of staff were unruly and distracting.

The staff was great, good customer services. The chicken wings were excellent, but the sweet potato fries appeared to have been fried multiple times. I didn't get any ice because the ice machine was broken. They should add more different drinks available on the menu.

A big thank you to Kimarley, Sef and the rest of the staff. They were very quick and efficient with my order, also asked if the food was okay after having tasted it. 10/10 service. I will most definitely be back soon.

The food was really nice, decent portions and the dips were really nice. Chandra served us he was so friendly and knew his menu. Loved the Brazilian citrus !!!! Fries are too small for that price and the food does take a while so if you’re super hungry not the place but good music too !

This is the final time I’m putting up with terrible wait times at this location in Bromley. These have got steadily worse over the last 12 months. I even started to use Deliveroo collect so you didn’t have to wait so long. They quote 20 minutes on Deliveroo collect you ring and ask them what the current collection time is to be told 10–15 minutes. You place your collection order which gives you a time to collect. You arrive at the restaurant with a code which means you don’t wait in line to collect it. There is always a chronically long line. You get to the front to be told there is no collection orders ready yet. It’s going to be 10–15 minutes.I understand it’s a busy location but manage peoples expectation by being honest about the wait time/collection time. In addition to that when customers do come in and are a little surprise, by the 50% increase in wait time don’t talk to them in street language.Summary If you’re happy to be spoken to like a teenager at a bus stop, and you don’t mind waiting 20–30 minutes head on down !!
