They insert themselves as intermediaries between individuals wishing to provide charitable funding, and the organisations which might receive that funding, acting as an unnecessary middle-man in what should be an uncomplicated process.As opposed to a simple process where grants are awarded according to a particular criteria, KCF have built a labyrinthian application process, where the explicit criteria to access funds are opaque, glossed over with key funding priorities"
