I booked my appointment for a blood test by telephone and then they sent me a message to let me know when to come. I was greeted by a very friendly person who checked me in. I went through to the lady who was going to take my blood, and she was very friendly and efficient checking details. She was chatting to me (to take my mind off the procedure) It certainly worked, I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Rabeena

Attended 24.08.23 for a blood test, arrived a little early. This was absolutely no problem at all.Greeted by a lovely, helpful member of staff who advised me where abouts in the pharmacy I needed to go.I was then greeted by the phlebotomist... Lovely lady(apologies, I didn't get your name). Very friendly and efficient yet still remaining professional.Lovely lady, who made my experience very calming and pleasant- Thank you.

Can only agree wholeheartedly with the other great reviews. I went for a blood test today and will always go here in the future.Welcomed and directed by a nice member of staff.Pleasant, quick experience where the phlebotomist was very friendly, gentle and efficient. What a lovely lady, need more like her.

The blood test service available at this pharmacy is fantastic. All the pharmacy staff are so helpful and the nurse taking the bloods is always friendly and knowledgeable. It’s such a good service with minimal waiting and no paying for parking either. So much more convenient than the hospital. A great service.

Been a number of times to have a blood test at this pharmacy. Check in is always straight forward and am always greeted with a big smile followed by a smooth blood test by the phlebotomist. Always manage to get parking right outside. Highly recommend for a blood test. Thank you to all who work there.

Went 11/10/23 for a blood test, got there at 13:36 and was all done by 13:42.The nurse was lovely and incredibly helpful as well as efficient.10/10 would go again

My husband popped in to arrange a blood test from a GP referal form. He was greeted by a lovely lady who was able to fit him in without an appointment! No messing about, no waiting, no hospital parking charges and she got his blood sample with ease! Perfect service! 10/10 Thank you

Amazing pharmacy. Always go the extra mile, especially as I have a GP surgery who make a mess of my repeat prescriptions on occasion.All the staff are lovely but a special mention for Janine and Jay. Lovely lady doing the blood tests too. Straight in with the needle and barely a mark.Would highly recommend.

went in for a blood test and was greeted by a lovely woman rabina. the blood test went smoothly and quick i didn’t feel a thing! 10/10 service will definitely be back. had a lovely chat with rabina a very experienced worker and will only take my blood from her now!!
