Extremely bad experience. I would give in a negative if option provided.The food was pathetic and the owner was extremely rude.They were not even accommodating for 3 years old and simply saying 'No' to everything.We went through 'Star Tours' so it was a buffet. They were not even covering the food hence everything got cold quickly. Post that all the chapatis become papad soon, we asked for the kid if they can prepare a chapati fresh since he will not be able to chew but the simple answer was 'No'.Food was finished in a BUFFET and the answer was NO. It's finished..!!!It felt like they didn't want to serve customers.I won't recommend anybody to try it ever

Best south Indian food we've had! Eaten south Indian food across the UK, so lovely to find somewhere so good in the South West! One of our group is planning on coming down from Bristol again purely to come here!

We got the chance to try out this as part of our Cornwall trip via Kandala Travels The dinner experience at Cinnamon Gardens in Plymouth was undeniably one of the most disappointing aspects of our trip. To put it mildly, it was a debacle. Firstly, we were met with a shocking level of rudeness from the restaurant staff. Their behavior was far from accommodating, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we stepped in. This was in stark contrast to the treatment provided to another group, the supposedly prestigious Star Tour" group

My wife and I went specifically for masala dosas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dosa was great, and so was the sambar and the chutneys.The decor is slightly tired and basic but the restaurant offers great value for money. We will definitely return for more and recommend eating at this place.

I’ve been visiting Cinnamon Garden for sometime now whenever I get cravings for Sri Lankan dishes. The food has never disappointed me at all. Although I believe the restaurant could do a lot with some interior changes. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Prices are also not bad, so much value for money. If you are craving asian food in a budget this place is the best!

Amazing place. The food was incredible. As good if not better than some of the finest food I’ve eaten in Sri Lanka.The staff are amazing. They looked after my every need and were so friendly.The atmosphere and vibe in the whole place was perfect.They even sell one of my favourite beers, Lion Stout.I highly recommend and will definitely be back next time I’m in Plymouth.Thank you so much.

We dined in last night with our 9 year old daughter as a table of 3, and we cannot recommend this place enough. The moment we opened the door we were greeted by the biggest smiles and can honestly say some of the best customer service we've experienced. The lady serving us was just so lovely.We ordered 6 different dishes off the broad menu, and every one was absolutely delicious! We were so full but couldn't stop eating because it was all so good. They do have a Kids Corner" on the menu

Dosa is all time love for me and the mysore dosa is the best thing to order on the menu with falooda. Waiting time can be varied depending on the rush but overall the best experience always.

Beautiful setting with some of the very best food I’ve ever tasted.The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and they seemed genuinely happy to work there & help. Definitely not a place to miss. Best meal out I’ve had in years.
