We have been using 7 Valley now for sending out our palletised consignments for almost a year and we cannot praise them enough. They are very accommodating when we need to change arrangements at the last minute. From the drivers, to the staff on the phones - well done and keep doing what you do!

Dangerous and Incompetent. Having failed to secure the curtain on the side of the lorry, the strap from the lorry smashed the windscreen of my sister’s car. Having contacted the company in good faith they have dragged the issue on for weeks and then tried to claim it is 50/50. The health and safety executive and DVSA will now be looking into the suitability of the company to operate as it quite easily could have been a pedestrian or motorcyclist who got hit by the loose strap and the buckle would have done severe damage to them.

Delivery driver took a pallet into my moms garage and smashed a chunk out of her brand new fridge freezer. The company said it was not their fault as they should only deliver curb side and shouldn’t have been in her garage (my mom was not in and my brother who let them into the garage was not told they don’t deliver into garages) when my mom saw the damage and rang they were abrasive and extremely unhelpful. Delivery driver was not wearing a mask and if it is company policy to deliver curb side then he should never have been in the garage in the first place. Do not recommend and we are taking our complaint further.
