Drove in my daughter's car , (which needed a bit of a spin) & as she is only 17, it is not new or flashy, & we parked right outside. Sales people saw us get out & walk towards the shop. Not sure who's performed the worst ? Magnet Gillingham or the kitchen fitter ? The fitter advised Magnet on the 2nd day of the job that a door ordered was too wide and for Magnet to arrange a replacement. They did, but ordered the same 'too wide' door again. Then when the door had finally arrived correct and a time and date agreed for the fitter to install, he doesn't show up or advise that he can't make it !! So 11 days and numerous phone calls after the kitchen should have been completed, we are still waiting a resolution.

It's a one stop shop. Chose the kitchen units and appliances and get a fitted price. Use their fitters and they will manage the plastering, painting, flooring etc. if required. At an additional price obviously. But it saves employing different craftsmen and project managing.

The designer ( Ricky) was very good but once we ordered the kitchen it went downhill very fast . Phone calls never replied to and sometimes not even answered . One dOor arrived damaged and 2 corner pieces were black instead of grey. Still not replaced weeks later . Cooker took ages to come and the worktop still hasn’t even been measured for so no idea when to expect that. What should have been a happy experience has turned out to be a very stressful one

Had a scheduled appointment, some lady called me to confirm few days before, and asked me about design, and I told her general idea what we want. She rudely answered that they need to know exactly how we want it otherwise they can't do a kitchen for us, which is ridiculous, if I would know what I want I would go and buy it in Ikea. Very unprofessional and rude! had to cancel my appointment and went somewhere else where they helped me and offered nice design.

I was approached by the manager (James Hickford) and he instantly asked “what you doing here”. I’m very disappointed by the way I was treated and how predjudice the staff was because of my age. I do not recommend visiting the story due to customer service.

Ordered our new kitchen from Magnet Gillingham, the staff have been amazing our salesman Ricky guided us through the process and couldn't have been more helpful. We are delighted with the kitchen and using the fitter from Magnet was again brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service, always handy and helpful crew.Unfortunately (and I it's not their fault obviously) the online platform needs to be improved, as the search engine pretty much doesn't exist, prices are not shown, discounts etc. I hope this review will reach whom it may concern.These improvements could make the decision making easier and smother in between clients and contractors. Thank you in advance! :)
