AVOID AVOID AVOIDby all meansBought an OM642 Turbo off these peopleInitially was okay for 1 day and the second day the actuator stopped working, i contact them for their so claimed 2 year warranty and they kept lying and saying it isn’t their fault and that their turbos are tested and ended up no where and they won’t admit their faultsEnded up replacing the turbo actuator with the one from my older turbo which costed me £150 at the garage9 months later the turbo failed and they asked for it to be sent so while i was waiting i purchased another turbo off them so i can speed up the process and have my car running again!After 5 hours of labour they fit the new turbo and the garage rings up saying it is a faulty turboAbsolute joke, faulty turbos and horrible customer care that won’t reply for weeks when you try to claim their fake warrantyAvoid at all costs

Extremely poor quality parts, poor customer service and a warranty designed to never ever pay out. Avoid at all cost. They will not accept that some products fail or humans make mistakes. They have very limited knowledge of the products they sell which exacerbates the issue when trying to deal with returns/warranty. The turbo supplied had a faulty actuator, they wouldn't replace just this item, they wanted the entire turbo returned and said I was lying as it was impossible they send out fault items. 8 months later, the turbo bearings failed. Every detail was followed on there copy/pasted/terribly formatted warranty, but they simply refused to honor their 2 year warranty. If you purchase anything from this company, assume NO warranty and NO aftersales help. IE: avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, TURBO FAILED ROAD TEST, WOULDNT STAND THE WARRANTY BECAUSE WE DIDNT RETURN THE OLD UNIT THAT WE PAID THE SURCHAGE ON IN TIME, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL

Good customer service, forgot to remove pressure sensor from old turbo unit and company found the sensor and are sending it back saving me about £200 for a new pressure sensor. Turbo fitted but not tried yet but looks the part

Sold a faulty Turbo, now hiding behind a non existent warranty and refusing to refund the item. Told me I'd have to pay in full for a new one to be sent and then they will decide if I'm eligible for refund... Sounds like a total con. Have tried to communicate with them to resolve this but they're no longer responding to eBay messages or calls. Very dodgy seller, would suggest people avoid as I'm now £600 out of pocket and still have to buy a new Turbo and pay to have this one removed and a new one fitted.Absolute joke of a company.

Absolutely appaling company to deal with, avoid at all costs as they will try and get out of the warranty. Nothing but problems since receiving the faulty turbo. Happy and quick to receive the funds then avoids contact until threatened with ombudsman. Worst company I have ever used.
