Thought I would use a local business instead of a big company. Got sold a washing machine for £240.00, well he said £250.00 at first but reduced it by £10.00 and a few days after purchasing I could see it was in Argos for £189.99. Just shows shopping local doesn’t pay off.When the washing machine was delivered I got told someone will be back to collect old washing machine, no one came back, called again and said someone will come the next day, no one came. Scrap man took the washing machine about 5 days later, I will never use this place again.

What fantastic service. All about shopping local, had a look through the big boys and no one had a dryer that I wanted. I found these more by luck than judgement and how glad am I. I spoke to Steve yesterday and ordered a dryer. 24 hours later it's in fitted and the old one taken away. Could recommend them high enough.

I’ve just taken delivery of my new washing machine. The guys that came to fit it were so efficient and friendly ! The guy in the shop helped me picked the right washing machine with absolutely no sales pressure. I really wanted to support a local business and I made the right choice. I will definitely give them any future business and thoroughly recommend them .

Wish I had found this place earlier. Very helpful just got a few days wait for the dishwasher as they had to order. No delivery or installation charge and they take the old one too. Wonderful service.

Brilliant service. Competitive price on supply and fit of integrated washing machine and taking old one away. Two fitters were superb; friendly, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. I cannot find fault and will be using this company for all my appliances in future. Great local company who beat the well-known retail park/online companies hands down! Well done.

Fantastic service. I popped into the shop on Saturday and purchased a new dishwasher. By 11am this morning my new one has been connected by Rayleigh Domestic Appliances' helpful team AND the old one taken away. It's refreshing to receive this kind of customer service that so many large organisations are lacking in.Would highly recommend RDA. Keep it up!

Wow! What great service. Rang up Wednesday to ask about purchasing an integrated dishwasher. Phoned me back with prices on a couple of alternatives.Installation agreed for early Friday afternoon.Two very professional and friendly guys installed the dishwasher and fixed the old door perfectly. Also took away the old machine.Price was very reasonable.First dealings with RDA, happy to have chosen them based on the other good reviews.
