Can't give zero but would if I could. If these people call you, hang up it will save you lots of aggrevation. Misleading, untruthful and ignorant when you are trying to ask why the deals you told were cheaper are actually horrendous, expensive and long term. Hopefully legislation will come in to close down businesses like this but till then beware.
