The baguettes are crusty on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside but still with enough body and chew to be satisfying and full of subtle savoury and umami flavour.The almond croissant was deliciously flakey and perfectly sweetend to compliment the subtle marzipan taste from the almonds.The cinnamon buns are to die for, they are chewy with a little crunch, again perfectly sweetened and lots of cinnamon flavour without it being overwhelming.

The most amazing homemade bread and homemade products we have ever tasted!! Caroline and her team have done an amazing job and her products are definitely worth a try!! Reasonable prices and the quality is spot on!!
