Picked up my triumph t100 yesterday arrived in the shop to see my new bike set up for me with a welcome message. All set up by Natalie croft absolutely wonderful service from start to finish phone calls emails was in contact right the way through. Triumph Chester was fantastic to deal with and the way I have been treated by Natalie was fantastic made buying and selling very easy and stress free. May I again thank triumph Chester for everything and especially Natalie who organised such a lovely surprise for me

What a great experience it was dealing with Natalie today at Triumph Chester Deeside. From start to finish Natalie dealt with the collection of our Kawasaki motorbike quickly and very efficiently and was very knowledgable of the bike even though is wasn't a triumph. She also told us about a cafe in Ruthin which we then decided to visit. The show room is lovely and well worth a visit to look around, thanks Natalie for all your help!

Picked up new Tiger 850 Sport for new Sept 1st registration. Excellent experience with this dealership all round. Fair trade-in price for my V-Strom, new bike arrived much sooner than promised, most paperwork and admin sorted via email/online prior to handover. Handover was slick and very enjoyable. Natalie was a joy to deal with, very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Great to have a new local Dealership, particularly when staffed with enthusiastic and friendly people. Terrific experience all round.

Last Saturday afternoon I had the EML come on my Triumph. I telephoned them and they fitted me in later that afternoon, fixed the problem and even cleaned the bike! Full marks to Phil, Brandon and Ian.

Great dealership, and fully recommended for servicing your triumph motorcycle. My Tiger 900GT low was due its second annual service and I duly booked at a time and date convenient for myself. They informed me that it would take two hours and offered a courtesy bike to try or I could wait. As it was, we headed into Chester for two or so hours, returning to find the Tiger not only serviced, but they discovered an issue with front suspension and had replaced the left hand fork completely. I could not fault the quality of service offered by Triumph Chester.

Following the delivery of two test bikes from Triumph I took the T100 Boneville out back to back with the T120 I test road both for 2 hours each and decided that the T100 was the better bike for me .- Down sizing from a XC 1200 Scrambler . Anna gave me a fabulous trade in deal on the new Bonny and extras and was very efficient on completing all the paperwork . Superb service in my purchase of a Tiger 900GT, by Brandon, Anna, and Ian in the workshop, with a bit of assistance with the other guys(i don't know their names), they fulfilled my requirements as and when i asked, much impressed, looking forward to the future of our Tiger relationship.
