Top job car wash

went to the car wash for a mini valet , first guy did an average job using hose and brush, left some foam on car and didn’t wash it off, the second guy( wears green hi vis, chubby guy with puffy cheeks) did the valet bit etc however he didn’t do it to the best of his ability as he left a few bits out, he was also rude and told me to ‘’ go to another car wash’’ when I told him that he was supposed to give me two paper mats instead of the one which I had to tell him to give me and wasn’t even offered even though the prices were also raised , he lacks customer service skills and should never speak to customers like that as we pay his wages , such a shame as I was a regular customer here and now I will not be returning

Nothing special here at Top job" to report.... more like middle job. Got to the car wash at approximately 3.02pm. Decided whilst I was in the queue to have in and out done. Expected to wait as it's a small yard and it gets busy.... but not as long as I waited today. Got a decent wash but Didn't get inside done as they took way to long to dry just the outside. Left disappointed at 3.45pm. Think they need to find some more staff."

£8 for a snow foam and a brush over the car and rinse off . Lots of areas missed. Two times now this has happened . Not going to be using this wash again . Poor work

Today's September 2023 review. Stupidly persuaded myself to return today because the other car wash was very busy. Asked the guy to recommend a wash with a good polish ready for winter and he said number 3. Car washed, dried and vacuumed but not waxed. I said no I've asked for it to be waxed and she gets out her phone and says it's to late because she's tired and it's 5:45. Charged me £13:00 for a wash, dry and vacuum. I then noticed one of them had scraped the paint on the rear passengers door. Whilst they were drying it I almost had a go at the guy because his spray polish bottle hanging out his pocket was repeatedly scraped on the rear bumper. Never again I say to myself whilst recalling an earlier occasion when the wash guy got a blooming broom out to help him wash the roof of an estate car. Absolute idiots.My earlier 2022 review: Not pleased because the over strong chemicals have etched the cars trim, stripped off the polish and subject to further investigation, maybe permanently damaged certain cosmetic items. God knows what it's doing to the environment.

Not great waited for over a hour to he told they are only washing cars even though the 3 cars in front of me had the full valet.

I've always had good service there until 28th Feb and they took the paint off the corner of my bumper on my car which was going back on 1st March & they never had the decency to tell what they had done I only noticed when I'd got home which would have been to late then because they would have denied it so they won't be getting my custom again it will cost over £ 500 to put right

Tried to con me out of money. Gave a twenty pound note and, despite having the correct change in his wallet, went to the office, came back and gave the incorrect change. When I pointed this out he apologised and gave me the correct change.How many times have they done this and got away with it???AVOID
