Awful service and terrible product - DO NOT USE FAST STITCH COLCHESTER!!I took a coat in to Fast Stitch for a small patch repair on the arm. The job was accepted by the woman without hesitation and I was handed a receipt and told to return a week later. I was told the patch would be barely visible and would blend in to the coat.After waiting a week, I travelled to pick up the coat only to be told it hadn’t been done. The woman was extremely rude and abrupt and told me I would have to wait until she was free if I wanted my coat back.After waiting in the car for an hour, I went back into the shop to find that she had made a complete mess of the job. She’s actually caused irreparable damage my coat by poorly attempting to sew a bright red patch on it. The patch is already fraying at the edges and coming loose in multiple areas, not to mention the fact that it is bright red (on a dark blue coat) with a big smiley face on it!When I complained, she said she wasn’t a “seamstress” and I shouldn’t expect a better finish than what I got. When I continued to tell her that the finish was unacceptable, she walked off and refused to talk to me anymore.I am left with a coat that is irreparable and I’m in complete shock that a business believes this is acceptable.For the sake of your bank balance and your sanity, do not shop here!

Not sure if they are expensive or not but they are very good at what they do. Superb workmanship.

Brilliant service and high quality too. Great value and love being able to discuss alterations. Won't go anywhere else.Ps. Just a note, they don't take card. It catches me out nowadays as most places rarely take cash. There are cash machines nearby.

Horrible service quality with the most expensive prices ever, AVOID this place like plague !

Some urgent tailoring needed, all done within an hour. Higher cost was as I expected because of the quick turnaround.
