Last year had to claim on my policy due to my mother passing away who booked a holiday for us to go away. Staysure were no problems with the claim although not very good in the fact that had to be done online and not over the phone. Would use Staysure again due to the no hassle on claim

Their website is easy to navigate, it tells you exactly what you need to do. It gives you clear choices and breakdowns of the cost and what they cover. I had never booked travel insurance before but Staysure made it easy to understand. I will use these guys again. Very competitive prices, substantial coverage.

I have used Staysure for international travel insurance for many years and have good experiences at all levels.The web site is easy to follow for renewing my policy, the claim process is efficient and fast; my phone was stolen in Brazil, the replacement was easy to organise, on my return to the UK.I am fortunate not to have made any claim for health or travel related problems.I submit Staysure as my policy holder for visa applications and have not been challenged, giving me reason to believe they are known internationally, that gives me confidence.

Very pleased with the experience. My request was not straightforward as I wanted insurance to cover a short break in the UK. It appears that this is not a usual request as most insurance is for holidays abroad. However, the company was very helpful and has given me the cover I required. Excellent customer services too from polite and friendly staff.

In 2022 I had several international trips organised and I was recommended Staysure by a friend. I then researched the company and its products and decided that on paper they were the best option available. Then my wife developed cancer and although I was able to postpone some trips, I did have to cancel one. As a first time claimant I had to read the details very carefully, however, Staysure repaid my outlay promptly. I have complete trust in them being there to support me in an emergency.

Currently I am experiencing an as yet not formally diagnosed health issue. The agent I spoke to was very well informed and clearly understood a somewhat complex situation. She also was able clearly to explain what will happen once I have been properly diagnosed.I was able to be issued with travel insurance anyway!

I recently renewed my annual holiday insurance policy with Staysure. My wife and I are 80 this year and I have some cardio issues , although well controlled.I found their prices to be competitive and the staff to be very helpful. They responded quickly and were prepared to go out of their way to find the best deal for us . Patrick
