We've just had the gearbox on our van stripped down and rebuilt as i was quoted that i required a new box via VW. The turnaround, communication, customer service and price with this company was excellent and although i hope my gearbox never fails again on any of my vehicles I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again. So glad i found this place. As a female i dont trust garages much, been screwed over to many times. But Dan restored my faith by looking after me and my Peugeot 205 gearbox. She runs like a dream now so thank you. I highly recommend these lovely professional people.

I do not usually write reviews on google but the service and professionalism they showed has encouraged me to.I took a gearbox no one else would look at to them. They found the necessary parts to fix the gearbox and done a superb job. I had an issue with installing the gearbox, it was due to an error on our part which led to some damage to the casing. They took the gearbox back reworked it and turned it around in 1 day. They were very fair in pricing but did not charge for the repair that was needed.Support local quality businesses like these as they are becoming harder to find. 5 star work and quality customer service

They are not able to reaeplace the syncroniser in 20 years old, 5 speed manual gearbox even when parts are delivered to them. I'm wondering what is achievable in the so called gearbox centre.

Amazing service from the gearbox centre after wanting my gearbox for my mk2 golf gti rebuild after other local firms telling me then don’t touch older gearboxes. Never driven a mk2 with such smooth gear changes. Will be using again for the next car
