Very limited time for training, in two weeks they did nothing except running around and throwing couple of kicks and punches. Customer service is really bad, the guy who train kids was so rude & unprofessional.

I’ve been training martial arts since 1995 so been to many different classes over the years but Premier kickboxing is the best by far . The lessons are well planned out , the instructors are not only amazing at what they do but they really make you feel welcome and know everyone by name. You get the cardio and physical work out of combat sports like boxing but also get clear and precise instructions and tuition like traditional martial arts like karate . The facility is clean and equipment is maintained to a high standard. But the true gem of this academy is the staff and the great atmosphere they create . There’s a real family vibe and everyone looks out for each other . If you want to get fit, learn a martial art, have fun while doing it and be in the company of nice people this is the place for you. Premier kickboxing is just that extra notch above the rest and you truly get your moneys worth and more. I’ve been here just over a year now and I can honestly say I’m glad I chose this place to train. They have something for everyone from young children , teenagers to adults, from hobbyists to people who want to compete. You won’t go wrong coming here. I’d also like to praise the head instructor Dion who has time and patience for everyone. If you’re on the fence or unsure what to expect or new to martial arts this place will most definitely provide a high end experience that you won’t find anywhere else.

Since joining Premier at the end of 2019, I am feeling the best I have ever done physically and mentally. Despite my physical limitations (age and Many foot surgeries) the instructors have continuously supported me and encouraged me. Since my kids started at Premier (at the ages of 5 & 3) I see a noticeable positive difference and growth in them. This academy is very family friendly and helps set high but manageable expectations

Great instructors, good disciplined training environment yet exceptionally fun! Instructors do take time for their students and very professional.I definetly feel a massive improvement since I first started!

Fantastic staff, well-structured and progressive lessons, and a great experience overall; my 8-year-old has been coming for two years so far and I have seen so much progress in skill, confidence and discipline. They even did live lessons and gradings throughout the lockdowns. Highly recommended.
