A rather peculiar little shop, but staffed by good people. Paul went out of his way to supply and fit a new solidor front door, within both a budget and time frame. Excellent quality and fitted professionally by his colleague Lloyd at a time to suit me. Thoroughly recommended.

The website says they are open on s Saturday morning, as does the all the sineage on the building but it was all locked up. Best call ahead to avoid a wasted trip.

I have been using The Door and Kitchen Store for a number of years now both at my previous address and my current home. Both the quality and the pricing of the goods, as well as the fitting costs are good. Paul deals with the sales side of things and has been extremely helpful. He is happy to suggest alternatives and explore all aspects to make sure you order what you need. Nothing is too difficult and the customer service both at point of sale and aftersales is first class. Looking for something bespoke they will find it for you. Not many companies these days offer the one to one customer service as Paul and his company do. I don't do many reviews but felt it important with this company and I do highly recommend to anyone. In summary excellent service, advice and prices.I was looking to purchase 16 LPD doors and had been shopping round looking at many different on-line retailers and then finding they didn’t have good reviews for service.Did some further searching and came across The Door Store in Leamington and decided to give them a call and a few days later visited the showroom (reasonably local to me) as well and met Paul who provided help and advice regarding rebating two door edges and went to the trouble to speak to LPD and get a technical drawing so we could be 100% sure of the size of the lippings. Technical drawing was forthcoming on the next business day and provided all the necessary details. Order confirmed and delivery of the doors to my home was done on a mutually convenient date and unloaded and stored flat in my garage ready for fitting.I am delighted with The Door Store, best decision I made because from this point onwards every single aspect of my transaction has gone without a single issue.Calls returned, emails answered, friendly personal service and also supported a local business.Thanks Paul.

We've just had three new external doors from the Door Store and are very happy with the results. This is the second house where we've used them and never been disappointed. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, high quality products and installation. I can't fault them. Commissioned Doors & Kitchen Company to transform our lounge leading in to the kitchen. The whole process was faultless from the start; the quote was acceptable, the work plan was great, the team of tradesmen highly professional (plasterer, plumber, electrician, tiler and joiner), and the end result exactly as we wanted. Highly recommended.

Needed two new internal doors. Door Store were very easy to deal with, once I described what I was after they suggested a few options of what they had available plus a few extra I hadn't considered. When the original choice I ordered was not going to be in stock until November, they even offered me a discount on some other doors as an apology.Once chosen, fitment date was picked, Lloyd came round and did a terrific job of installation and was done and dusted in a few hours. He even suggested some changes that we hadn't considered which made a big difference.Whole experience from start to finish was great, no complaints whatsoever. Only company as well that I could find locally who also offered fitment alongside purchase. Thoroughly recommended.

Paul provided excellent guidance with the choosing of our new kitchen and wood floor for the refurbishment of our apartment in London. Paul was very knowledgable and I felt comfortable taking his words as gospel. Our finished product is amazing, Paul worked along side our contractors to ensure that the finished article was too a very high standard. The only slight fly in the ointment is that I have three packs left over of expensive Swedish timber that I am unable to send back - which I guess is my own fault, but as you can imagine is quite frustrating that I have wasted a fair bit of cash. I would recommend Paul to assist you with your refurbishment.
