Rubbish service! Vehicle was picked up on Saturday, then called on Monday and asked for an update was told I would get a call back never got one called again later on Monday was told again that I would get a call back still nothing 3 hours later so called again and was told that they had never heard of me or my car said I’d rung in twice already and was told by a rude employee that it wasn’t recorded on their system so I couldn’t have done! So I’m a liar then! Someone then rung back to say my car was there and someone would call me back no call back ever came! Called again this afternoon and only just looking at vehicle and ordering parts etc for a smashed sunroof pane! Constantly having to chase. Appalling service. So disappointed! Wouldn’t even give one star but had to to post this review!

Had my car in for repair for a wing mirror though my insurance comany it came back to me in a worse condition than what it went to them in not only did they cause more damage they did not fit a new mirror they just bodged the old one back together!Very unhappy and was also threatened by one of the workshop technicians avoid at all cost if you value your car I'm absolutely shocked at there customer service full stop.

I had a car accident - someone ran up the back of me and having just bought a new SLK wanted it to go to Merc... big mistake. They had the car for 5. 1/2 months - and I rejected it twice - generally because the overspray from the body work has covered the inside of my car. And the white panels they sprayed / replaced where not fitted correctly or colour matched. Eventually I got it back. (they even had to contribute for the courtesy car I had due to their awful workmanship). When I did get it back a couple months later my number plate fell off - when I went to get it fixed I was told that they had used the wrong screws and now the proper ones wont fit. They did say that they would order me a new number plate and attach a plinth to fix it but they never did.I would rather my car go ANYWHERE other than this garage.Paul (branch manager I think) is friendly and took responsibility but actually didn't do anything more than that - including failing to call me and sort out the number plate issue.This experience made me question my decision in getting a Merc - for fear of having to deal with this company again. Thankfully I found a Merc Specialist in Wymondham, I live in Norwich but I don't care.

very disappointed with their service, showed them our car 3 weeks ago to get it painted, under manufactures warranty as it had totally blistered, under 3 years old, never had any correspondence back from them, spoke to the lady in the office, she was going to call back, but no call back. emailed david johnson (estimator) twice no reply. im now going to complain to mercedes uk
