Review on behalf of a company which uses BBN regularly.Today we called in at 9am when no-one else was in and asked for 4 items. We were then told by a member of staff to not just call in if we have a 'list', we should ring in our order in future. It was not said in a nice manner, the member of staff who made the statment was extremely ignorant and rude.Our member of staff ws already out and in the area so he called in as he passed.We did use BBN regularly but as its too much trouble for your staff to do the job they are paid to do we will go elsewhere in future.

Beware INCORRECT Opening times was shut at 4.45pm instead of 5pm as stated on website on a friday which was verying frustrating and annoying....

Unfortunately I have to agree with others about the customer service. Whilst the shop has lots of nice things and I could spend a lot of money on things I don’t really need the attitude of the people who are serving customers is appalling. The staff disappear out the back and take a long time to find simple items and it’s certainly not service with a smile. There is a hostile atmosphere in there with people waiting to be served and the sense you’re inconveniencing the people behind the till whilst the number of people behind you builds up who are all in silence waiting for and listening to you ask questions. Not a pleasant experience. It’s a shame really at it has all of the good aspects of a decent shop it’s just let down by the staff.
