Thank you so much Bob, Nicola, Tom and Richard, what a Team !!! Bob's vision and design stood out from other companies, Nicola and Toms product knowledge was amazing and Richard the Fitter was Fantastic. I am so happy with my lovely new kitchen and so pleased that I chose Kitchenworld.

I have used Kitchenworld for kitchens in my last 2 houses and from initial conversation, through a detailed design to installation their communication has been exceptional. My initial meeting was with their MD who used his years of experience to take my design brief and produce a layout over and above what I could have expected. Their team offered a very reasonable price and their fitters completed the kitchen within the agreed timescale. I received a level of personal service which you just dont find with the larger companies. I now recommend Kitchenworld to clients who have been highly impressed with the service they offer. keep up the good work!

Great quality units and top class fitters. Kitchenworld spent a lot of time with us designing a kitchen for a difficult shaped space. Their computer software is excellent as is the fact that the listened to what we wanted and the end product is simply magnificent.Yes, we did have a couple of problems along the way but they were dealt with professionally and to our immense satisfaction. My wife and I would definitely recommend this company.

IT looks as if the latest reviews have been written by the staff. I prefer the Courts opinion. What a company! Supplied a Utility room sink,tap and base carcass for only about £4000.00. They wanted £8000.00 but Exeter Court reduced it to £4K. Check out the full 1½ year story at Court reference claim number E05YY711. That Bob really does think outside of the box with his designs - all the way to your bank account.Realised after a few days site work that Kitchenworld management were not going to give a quality job and upset by demands for extra" money so I cancelled the contract. It took 1½ years and Court action to get the majority of my deposit back. They then demanded extra time to pay. I would be very wary of the financial stability of a company that needs extra time to pay back a few thousand pounds that they have held now for nearly 2 years. Check out their web site. Kitchen World are the most unprofessional and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. I had to call them back several times regarding different issues I had with my kitchen. Appointments were made which were cancelled at very short notice. After one appointment was cancelled 3 times I asked Bob if he could guarantee that the next appointment would not be cancelled he replied You can't guarantee anything in this life except we will all die one day". I would definitely not recommend this company."

Designed and installed new kitchen aprox. 18 months ago & we were very pleased with the installation. Small problem with sealant between upstand and worktop behind hob. Reported and repaired within a week! Very impressed with performance. Highly recommended!

Bob was very helpful and came up with a great design for our kitchen. Would highly recommend a local company like this rather than big companies. Totally changed a different design offered elsewhere for the better. Love our new kitchen.

Kitchen World have done an amazing job with our kitchen! From the fantastic customer service we received from Bob and Nicola to the fitters, they took care of the everything with no hassle.The design ideas Bob presented were fantastic and the experience they have steered us clear of any potential problems before they happened.Nicola was always very attentive to our queries and the fitter was always tidy, professional and friendly!The materials and workmanship are excellent, and we have no doubt the kitchen will last the test of time!We couldn’t be happier with the finished result which always gets flattering comments!We wouldn’t hesitate. Fantastic team and first class work. Really happy with Kitchenworld, they did the whole job beginning to end. The fitters were polite and friendly and working with Bob and Nicola couldn't of gone smoother. Richard the fitter was an ace! Overall really happy, the kitchen looks great and works so well.

I cannot begin to describe how happy we are with our kitchen. Not only were all the team amazing to deal with but we found their flexibility amazing and like nothing any other kitchen could ever offer. Tom, the designer is just the best - outstanding ideas and vision. We have never come across a kitchen company who can be so flexible and do bespoke stuff and at a cost lower than so many other companies and we have done many kitchens over the years. Spend some time with them - give them a chance to prove themselves and you will see how flexible they are, how great their designs are and how reasonable their cost is. Ask them for references from previous clients- I am more than happy to be one. Mark
