This Public Art comprises a series of stainless steel bollard-like posts studded with lights along and around their length placed in groups along both open sides of Joe Orton Square and outside of Curve, Rutland Street, Leicester intermixed with ordinary stainless steel bollards.The art" is that the studded posts were supposed to flash their blue lights and make gentle tinkling/chiming (gamelan-like) tones - within their group whenever a post's sensors detected the motion of a passer-by. This worked for a while after their installation and
