His no pressure sales chat resulted in a purchase of two electric bikes we had not intended to by on the day.If only all shops were run this way.

Just bought a bike through the bike to work scheme and hadn't a clue as I haven't had a bike in years. Gavin was super helpful in advising which bike I should choose and guided me how to operate a modern bike. We have always bought our childrens bikes with John Hannas and have enjoyed supporting a local business. We wouldn't go anywhere else, support local!

I wish I had discovered John M Hanna Cycles sooner. Gavin is the most down to earth person you will ever meet. His customer service is the best in the business. His enthusiasm for cycling and willingness to take the time to find me the right bike that suited my needs shows. I recently purchased a Scott speedster 20 from Gavin. The bike is not only fast, comfortable but also looks the part with the fully integrated cabling at the front it’s an eye turner for sure. I am now planning on purchasing a Scott addict RC 15 now after owning the speedster I am sold on the Scott brand. Thanks again Gavin.
