Elemental Fitness

I’ve been having PT sessions at Elemental Fitness for a while but I recently broke my foot so was unable to attend sessions. Therefore I started online training from home using their app which has been a great help to maintain training. It’s really easy to use, the sessions are set up with explanations on each exercise. You can leave comments and there is even the opportunity to message your trainer through the chat feature. This was a great feature as I was able to contact my trainer directly who could adapt the exercise/s for the next session if required. I’ve liked the accountability that comes with the sessions as your trainer can see when you’ve logged the workout but at the same time, you can do them at your leisure and schedule them when works for you. I’d also say that you don’t need a load of equipment at home, I sent photos of what I had and the sessions were planned around that. I would definitely recommend the online training to others

I have had an induction and so far had 2 PT sessions with Elemental Fitness.I have found EF PT trainers to be very good at understanding what goals you want to achieve, they are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and work through the exercises with tou to ensure you are doing them safely and correctly to get maximum benefit for your fitness .

I found Elemental Fitness and David in particular, to be very knowledgable and professional and I don’t hesitate in recommending them.

Well . What can I say !!! I hate these guys lol they make every muscle in my body ache. They make me sweat. They make my lungs kill. At the end of each training session I've become a potty mouth. But most of all they gave me my life back. After a serious back injury. 2 years of pain. Pins in my back. Been told I'd never stand straight again. Depression sets in. I started training with David and James. ( I think there gods . But don't tell them. Don't want any big heads) I've been training 7 months. Guess what ? I now stand straight. I've gained muscle . Lost fat. Gained convidence. I love training. Wouldn't go any where else. David and James get a five star from me. Thanks guys for everything

My stepson and I have been members since August 2016 and thoroughly enjoying the Kickboxing ‎classes. The instructors are friendly, patient and make you feel at ease whilst motivating you and ‎pushing you. The club members are equally friendly and full of encouragement offering ‎constructive advice; there is a good rapport at the club. The classes are varied and each instructor ‎offers their own unique style and I learn something new every class from each instructor. My ‎fitness levels feel better now at 38 than they did at times in my 20s. I’ve also had 1 to 1 private ‎training with James at the club which has helped me focus on areas and work towards improving ‎my technique which really increased my confidence level. ‎If you’ve even fancied giving martial arts a try, but like me was too nervous to take the step, I ‎recommend you stop hesitating and give Elemental Fitness a go - wish I’d done it years ago.‎To note - please disregard the 2 star review at the bottom of this page, it is not a review of Elemental Fitness but to an entirely different firm.

Been going to the freestyle kickboxing club for two years now and did one on one training for a year. Best workout I've ever had! Learnt self defence and kickboxing through the instructors and club members. The atmosphere is really friendly and both the instructors and club members constantly motivate you. Love it!

I’ve been a PT client at Elemental Kickboxing for about a year. Having never done anything like this before I was a little apprehensive. My main goal was to enhance general fitness and learn a new skill. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it so much! But, the sessions with James have been a challenge and increasingly rewarding. I’ve never felt stronger, faster and more alive than when sparring. Now, my son has started the children’s classes which he loves.

I joined Elemental Kick Boxing classes around 10 years ago but had to stop due to renal failure.I recently had a kidney transplant and decided it was time to re-join the club and re-build my fitness.David built a specific programme that was designed to slowly improve my fitness and build my confidence back up without over doing it.It was amazing to be back at the club, the personal trainers are all fantastic and it’s a great place to meet new people and make new friends I would advise anyone to give it ago you won’t regret it.

I trained here for about 8 months and it’s by far the best gym I’ve been too. Unfortunately I moved to a different city which is why I no longer come. The classes are great and the gym is very big and spacious. If you’re in the area definitely sign up!
