Great service, recently took my MTB in that needed work even after an expensive service at another local bike shop in Burnley. My bike now runs great, no annoying noises and everything works perfectly. The time the owner spent looking over my bike and asking questions was a real change from other places. Will definitely be going back and hopefully purchasing a Dawes Galaxy too! Great knowledge, experience and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Took my E bike damaged deralia snapped off complete expecting to be paying alot for new one they repaired my damaged one also replaced bracket got me a good 2nd and I had new disc break pads and he repaired small parts and replaced damaged parts and his time for work came to £61:00 were it could have cost me alot more money I recommend if u need any bike repairs doing and want a good fair deal take Ur bike there I am so pleased with the work and value u would be stupid to go anywhere else friendly helpful and what more I will be there and glad to give them any workin future excellent don't go anywhere else I wouldn't top job on my bike a big thank you to u guys I'm so happy for all u have done

I've had such a lovely Summer of trail riding thanks to sending my hybrid mountain bike in for a full service. Shop owner is friendly and does great work without charging the Earth.He rang me up to say what needs fixing and gave me a ballpark price figure before proceeding with the work, which I very much appreciated.I am more than happy to recommend this local business.

Took a child's bike in for a repair to replace the bottom bracket.He did this within 24 hours (busy but managed to fit it in). Charging only £20.I think this is very good service.Have been back since twice for other repairs to other bikes. Have been happy both times. He's trustworthy. I won't rip you off.

Bought a bike from Facebook marketplace for £30 but later got home to find it needed gears sorting. The shop man behaved arrogantly after shaming me for buying secondhand bike for my kid. After being shamed for being poor. I had no other option at the time and didnt want to let my son down so i paid £90 to have it fixed. Definitely will never visit again. I wish nobody has to go thru that kind of torture.Bike gears are messed up again after 1yr of use. Won't ever visit that place again. Would rather go to another town like Great Harwood to get bike fixed in future or just buy a new one.

Took my ebike in for new brake pads plus puncture repair, it was great service, job done very quickly, infact it's better bike than it was when was brand new, highly recommend this shop..
