Sean was extremely helpful and kind in helping us buy a new car. He was very knowledgeable about the different cars and spoke to us about which one would be best for us. If it wasn’t for Sean I don’t think we would have bought a car. Brilliant customer service.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Sean from Waltham abbey branch is your go to man, from beginning to end he gave us 5 star experience. Nothing was too much for him and made us feel at ease and listened to our needs as we are a mobility customer. He even managed to get out car 4 weeks early which was very appreciated as now my husband can go out again. Sean gave us a follow up call few days after collecting the car to make sure the car was ok and we were enjoying the car. Cant thank Sean enough for our experience.

Avoid this garage. The only good thing about it is polite receptionists: with their treacle speech they would cover mechanics backs. Firstly, you have to wait for an appointment for at least 4 weeks. Once you have booked an appointment for car diagnostics - you will not know how long they will keep your car before seeing it and sorting out the problem. I was told that a software update will take a couple hours, so I will be able to drop the car and collect it same day. Unfortunately, once I dropped it in I was told that diagnostics will take 2-3 days. However, even after 4 days I have not received any update and I was not able to get my car back.Last time when I brought my car for servicing I received a video of inspection of my car. To be honest, I pay more attention to details when I am taking video of places of visit that the mechanic who checks the car for safety!Don't be tricked by treacle receptionists, look at mechanics work.Avoid this garage, don't sign for any servicing plans that they offer - it is not worth.

Being a disabled driver, I found Hannah Roberts to be kind compassionate, sympathetic as well as professional in responding to my peculiar needs such as wanting another car as soon as possible because without a vehicle I am stuck in my room all day and every day. Love my new car!!However the actual experience before getting the car was poor. I changed the colour of the car straight after I put the order in, but that got messed up and so I have ended up with the colour I didn't actually want. When the car arrived in the showroom, the technicians checking the car over managed to break something, so then I had to wait a month for them to get the part and fix it.I feel the communication was lacking considering it was their fault and also the lack of an apology, it felt like they didn't really care. When I eventually collected the car, I was left waiting for over an hour, with no real explanation.I thought I may have been offered something from Nissan as a goodwill gesture for all the delays, etc I have experienced, but absolutely nothing.I really would reconsider using Nissan again for my next car

Very pleased with my experience of purchasing my new Quasqui...the car is amazing and the customer service I received was excellent. My sales advisor was absolutely amazing guiding me through the whole process both timely and with efficency, nothing was too much trouble for her, going over and above . I would say a definite asset to the company.

Poor service and waste of time. Only one good thing was that we could test drive the car, although it was a different spec and engine size.When we arrived, we wanted to know about specific model and specs the car comes with. The sales advisor Meshach didn’t really care about selling the car. None of the questions were properly answered, so we left disappointed.When we went for a test drive, he was more concerned on the messages on his phone, rather than telling about the features on the vehicle. Through out the whole test drive he was constantly texting. After the test drive he gave us his card and walked away looking at his pone (whatever there was in it, it was more important than customers). Extremely disappointed with the visit. Won’t be going there again.I left with so many questions not answered. But after this visit I don’t even want to get a Nissan or find out the answers.Thank you for such an awful service.
