Convenient for picking up parcels if Amazon lockers are unavailable.Helpful and friendly service from Mohammed who’s got a smile for everyone. The other two members of staff are unfriendly, abrupt and rude, particularly the one with glasses who would benefit from a long stint at charm school.

Great post office but it has started to get very busy here as it only has one counter, so it's all down to luck how long you will wait. It's best to avoid Mondays and collection time at around 2.50pm each day. The postman has to carry all the parcels out to the van and this takes a while, so the counter staff sometimes stop serving to help him. I have been waiting outside a few times due to COVID and have heard people arguing outside; one time I waited for 15 minutes and a man left the PO with a huge till receipt; shouted at a woman who dared to comment about how long he'd made us wait. Another time I was waiting without my mask on, a beggar came right up to me (within half a metre) to ask for money, with multiple follow-up questions to try to obtain money, so keep your face covering on whilst waiting during COVID. Otherwise it's a handy location and good service too. This location is getting much busier now, yesterday I dropped off 7 small parcels there and was told to not bring any large parcels on future visits. No problem, as I never post any large ones!

This is not a real post office. It is extremely dodgy and dingy corner shop and the owners are extremely rude, condescending and unaccommodating. I had to return a Yodel parcel at Pimlico Food and Wine a couple of doors down but the storekeeper refused to print me a label and sent me here instead. I explained Yodel's policy about Yodel stores offering the service of label printing to the storekeepers but I was interrupted and scorned at for not paying the store owners for the service online in advance and was angrily shown a payment sheet with the list of prices. I became aware that they attempted to scam me so left promptly. Avoid at all costs. Let them keep their business to themselves and don't let them scam you or talk down on you.

The most useless post office on planet earth. They’re lazy, unprofessional and rude. They have no clue how to do their job and they’re not interested in learning either. It’s not even a proper post office looks more like an off-licence… I don’t recommend it at all.

I have never had a good experience at this post office. If you would like to be patronised after receiving poor instructions and have a man tell you “well done” go right ahead.

New to the area and looking for a post office close by, I found this one - 103 Tachbrook Street.I have to say on the two occasions I've visited, I found them to be friendly and happy to help. On my last visit on Monday evening at about 6.40pm, ( hoping I'd remembered correctly that they were open till 7.30pm), the service was just brilliant - I had a huge bag of work post to send in many different ways, to different countries, be it tracked, signed for, normal etc. The gentleman at the counter could not have been more patient and helpful( thank goodness as there was loads)! I actually said at the time what a great service - and what a wonderful and helpful person he was.

Shipped a 347g parcel the size of a shoe and cost me £3.49. I asked repeatedly if it was the cheapest, being replied “yes” while the person laughed with the other worker. Never ever shipping from here again, it’s a scam.
