City Drains

We had an issue with foul water coming into our cellar. After reading reviews, I decided to give City Drains a ring and was immediately impressed by how seriously the issue was taken. After an initial inspection, Dean came out with his camera gear, and quickly found faults in the clay pipe from our waste stack to the gulley. We agreed to the necessary works, and within twelve hours of that a crew came out and started digging out the pipe. To our shock they found it had sheared completely.Dean and Jack were extremely reassuring, and instantly proposed a solution. Jack and his colleagues proceeded to work their socks off in a very constrained area - we didn't even have to move any plants or our greenhouse. After just one day, the pipe was replaced, the washout packed and concreted, and our garden path reinstated. Jack even offered to mop our kitchen floor. Everything was left neat and tidy, in fact our path now looks better than it did.So if you want a quick, professional, highly reassuring service look no further than City Drains. They took all the stress out of what felt like a huge problem to us. Of course there is a bill at the end, but for the amount of work done and the speed at which it was done we thought the total was entirely fair. Above all, it is great to know that we can now flush the loo or use the shower without the result ending up in our foundations.Thank you Dean, Jack and the other lads.

Called at 2pm with blocked toilet and it backing up into bath (not very nice). Had someone out to me by 3pm and problem solved within the hour. They put back the decking they had to bring up and washed down. Very courteous when coming into the house, and aware of hygiene. Great service. Cost approximately £175 which seemed very reasonable to me. Thank you

Did the job but don't be fooled when they say £135 jet wash for up to an hour... they dont stay for an hour cleaning drains. They left after 10 minutes having jet washed one drain. When I asked if theyd do my other drains they said no
