Very happy with my new scooter. I ordered a Invacare leo 3, the staff were very helpful when I needed the measurements for the scooter to make sure it would fit in the car on the hoist and rang me back several times, It came 4 days after ordering . I had a small cut on the handbar in the foam which was quickly sorted and I received a replacement within 5 days. I would definitely order from them again..Lyn Ghent

0 STARS! Despite describing themselves as 'a family run business who take pride in their customer service' this company has zero compassion. My dad died unexpectedly before being able to actually use his brand new scooter. As he had it for 17 days (a measly 3 days over the return period) this company have refused to help my mother in any way at all, leaving her with a bill she cannot afford and a scooter she cannot use. What sort of customer service is that?! Clearly only bothered about their financial gain with no care towards their customers whatsoever.Shop elsewhere with a company who cares about their customers more than their back pocket

Took them over 2 months to fix an issue. Refused to give breakdown on what the issues were when requested this.No updates given during this time and was constantly chasing them for updates.My advice is go to a local provider - you use an online company like this and you’ll get no good customer service at all.My experience has put me off completely.After care service is poor

I bought a Stirling 'Little Star' from Mobility Scooters Plus and am extremely happy with both the product AND the company. There was going to be a hitch (from the supplier) in getting the scooter to me, but the staff managed somehow to overcome the problem and my scooter arrived very quickly: so quickly that it almost took me by surprise. Luckily, I was in to sign for it, but I did not get any warning (by way of text or anything) as they advertised I would on their website. Still, I appreciate what they did for me as I really wanted it as quickly as possible. I am now the happy owner of a lovely little mobility scooter which, hopefully, will last for many years to come.

We considered buying a scooter suitable to our needs and after some research decided on a Go-Go Sport. At the outset staff at Mobility Scooters Plus were most helpful and dealt with all our queries with both efficiency and professionalism. On order a brand new unit was delivered as promised keeping us informed during process. It was well packaged and the carrier was very helpful. Assembly was no problem following user guide provided. On its first outing it performed very well handling some quite steep inclines with comfort and ease. So far we are very pleased with the product and purchasing experience and believe it to be extremely good value for money. I recently purchased an electric self-folding Smarti Scooter from Mobility Scooters Plus. Their service was excellent. The scooter was delivered to me exactly on time. Unfortunately, when we came to unpack the scooter I found it was too heavy for me to be able to lift and put into my car boot. I had to ring Mobility Scooters, therefore, and ask them to collect the scooter and refund me. They were just as polite and courteous as when I was purchasing from them . They came and collected the scooter as promised and I am now awaiting refund. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good old fashioned service in every sense of the word. They are second to none and I am only sorry that the scooter did not fit my needs. Thank you.

What a great company to deal with, any questions are answered very quickly, delivery was also good. I ordered this scooter for my father in law and I was after specific requirements including suspension due to the ground he would have to cross, when this scooter arrived it only took me 5 mins to assemble the scooter and was easy to understand the controls and pass this information over to my father in law whom picked it up quite well. Would I recommend this company to other? You bet I would! Thanks Chaps for your Help.

I ordered my colibria scooter and it was delivered within 4 working days.It easy to set up ,full instructions for fitting seat post suspension works well. I asked for change of colour and seat post for my weight ,changed without a problem ,scooter runs well would recommend this scooter and to buy it from this Company without any hesitation.

I can't complain about any aspect of dealing with this company. Calls were returned promptly, sometimes more than once! And all information given was correct, including the delivery time. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff and everyone was courteous and helpful. Even the prices are a winner!
