Talk about can't be arsed. Couldn't be bothered to handle a graphics card properly. Couldn't be bothered to find a bag for a graphics card to protect it. Couldn't be bothered to say thanks to a customer. Could smell the drink from two metres over the counter. Seriously lads, if you can't stay off the booze the night before, at least don't talk about your hangovers in front of customers whilst you're serving" them. Probably one of the shoddiest customer experiences I've had in years. This lot just cannot be arsed

Store was clean and staff were very helpful.

People rude the store close at 18:00 they start to kick out customer from 17:40 and close the door. Inside there was 2 guy with mask sooo creepy they follow me everywhere no unifor… they are not security if they was security please dress them like them and they need go on the store with the budge sooo bad experience I’ll not come in this store anymore I buy from C&X always but this time they was so soo bad customer service 0

One of the worst stores I've visited.Everytime I get something tested here, something goes wrong. They either don't know what they're doing or are too lazy to test and try to put blame on me or that their testing machine isn't working. Everytime I test an item they say aren't working, it works and I just end up selling at a different store.I've boycotted this store just because of this.They do not honour their prices, I tried to sell a new laptop here, and they said there was a fan issue, got the laptop back and there was nothing wrong with it, CeX then lowered the price of the laptop and I sold it to another store for less but with no issues...

Great store and helpful staff. The person helped me really knows his work and found the gear I want in seconds. The stores clean and spacious.

Very rude staff, turned up at 5.40pm today to find out they close at 6pm. Google maps says 7pm. Staff wanted to argue with me, all chimed in saying 'they get paid minum wages and don't control what it says online'. I've been to a few CEX's but this is definitely the worst. STAY AWAY.

Many nice dvds and blu-rays at good prices.

The service is amazing the people are so nice and the prices are great.If you are around you need to visit this place!
