My daughter purchased her prom dress from Krystalls boutique and it was an amazing and very special experience. The ladies were so friendly and made my daughter feel so at ease. I would highly recommend the shop and will be returning for my other daughters prom when the time comes. We can’t wait to come back!!

I absolutely loved my dress from Krystalls and it was a real hit at my prom! The staff were incredibly helpful with choosing sizing and what styles would suit me. I also thought it was a lovely touch that in every changing room there was a little sanitary kit so you could feel fresh trying on the fabulous dresses.

Lovely personal hour arranged to view and try on dresses, relaxed atmosphere and no pressure to purchase. My daughter was assisted the entire time trying on dresses with such a lovely lady helping her.My daughter absolutely loved her prom dress and looked amazing on the day.Highly recommend.

Such a lovely shop and friendly staff. There was no limit on the amount of dresses my daughter tried on (and there was loads). Communication throughout was good. Have loved seeing all the pics of the girls at their proms, making each girl feel special. The icing on the cake for me was the personal text on the day wishing my daughter the most amazing prom. We had such a great experience at Krystalls. The staff made our daughter feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble; we never felt rushed or pressured. Kristy even sourced a dress for us that she didn’t have in stock, having seen our daughter’s taste/style. Would highly recommend for prom dresses.
